With her extensive experience and deep knowledge of the law, she is dedicated to providing clients with the appropriate support and guidance to navigate emotionally charged legal challenges. In addition to her legal expertise, Attorney Foley is also known for her compassionate and client-focused approach. She understands that legal challenges can be overwhelming and stressful, and she is dedicated to providing her clients with the support and guidance they need to navigate these difficult times.
She started her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County, transitioning to a private practice that included estate planning, family law, probate, civil litigation, mediation, and criminal defense. Since becoming a mom, she has used her extensive skills dealing with the court system, administrative agencies, and the mental health system to focus on guiding clients through probate disputes. She is client focused and wants the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is an excellent litigator but does realize that some disputes should be resolved out of court in an attempt to preserve family relationships.
Jessica is a Certified Mediator. Certified Superior Court Criminal Cases, Youthful Offenders, Care and Protections, and Juvenile Delinquencies by CPCS.
Jessica lives in Hingham with her son and dog.
