Jessica Pinciaro is an Estate Planning Associate Attorney at Law Mom®. With a total of five years of experience in the legal world, Jessica brings a background in the estate and probate field, and in multiple other areas of law. Born and raised in the South Shore, Jessica is passionate about educating individuals in her home state of Massachusetts on the commonly overlooked benefits of estate planning, and takes great pride in helping clients navigate through what can be an extremely daunting and time-consuming process. She is committed to helping clients save as much money and time as possible, while hopefully assisting them in figuring out what they want their legacies to be along the way.
Jessica currently lives in Brookline, and when not practicing law enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
Jessie Manchester is an Associate Attorney at Law Mom®, where she combines her legal expertise with a deep sense of empathy and commitment to client care. A Vermont native, Jessie was inspired by her father, a litigator who ran his own firm, to pursue a career in law. She earned her undergraduate degree from Brown University in Providence and received her JD from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago before beginning her legal career in litigation at large firms in both Seattle and Boston.
After taking time away from practicing to raise her three children, Jessie felt a pull back to the legal world—but in a way that focuses more on counseling people rather than on disputes. She has found her calling in estate planning, a field where she can help families prepare for the future with confidence and clarity.
Outside of the office, Jessie lives with her husband and three kids—two teenagers and one tween. As a family, they love skiing in the winter and boating in the summer. Jessie is also an avid writer, and when she’s not drafting trusts, you just might find her working on her next novel.

Originally from Gloucester, MA, Kaylyn developed a strong appreciation for precision and client service through her diverse professional background. Her experience as a medical secretary further strengthened her organizational skills and attention to detail, reinforcing her commitment to efficiency and client support.
Now thriving as a dedicated Legal Assistant, Kaylyn brings a unique perspective to the field, blending her background in healthcare, esthetics, and administration. Her keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and client-focused approach ensure professionalism and seamless support, helping clients navigate their legal matters with confidence.
Christian is excited to begin his paralegal career here at Law Mom. With years of experience in healthcare and administrative support, he has a knack for detail and helping people navigate difficult times in their lives. Christian is currently enrolled in the Paralegal Studies program at Bristol Community College and plans to graduate with his Associate’s Degree following the Spring 2026 semester. Kelley holds an Associate’s in Science in Legal Studies and a Paralegal Certificate from Bridgewater State College. Melanie is originally from Los Angeles, California, and brings a diverse background and a passion for helping others to the Law Mom® team.
They hold a Bachelor’s degree in History from California State University, East Bay, and have also studied paralegal studies at UMass Lowell. With a long-standing interest in the legal field, Melanie is excited to transition their career after many years in the hospitality and event industry, where they developed strong organizational skills and a client-focused approach.

Originally from Brazil, passionate about the legal profession and recently graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
Tanya is a New Hampshire native, born and raised in Exeter, and is proud to be part of the Law Mom® team.
She comes from a background in early childhood education and leadership, where she spent many years working closely with families and managing busy, people-centered environments. Tanya is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, with a minor in Business Communications and Strategy, and enjoys combining organization, communication, and creativity in her work.
Caring for others has always been at the heart of who Tanya is, especially when it comes to children and the elderly. She was truly a “Papa’s girl” growing up, living with him and helping care for him at a young age. That experience shaped her deeply and is a big part of why she values patience, empathy, and meaningful connections in everything she does.
Outside of work, Tanya is a proud wife and mom of three, and life is always on the go. You can often find her “glamping” in her camper, visiting craft fairs, exploring nature, or heading out on family road trips. She also has a sweet senior dog who reminds her daily to slow down and enjoy the little moments.
Tanya is known for being organized, bubbly, and genuinely passionate about helping others, and she brings that same energy to her role at Law Mom®. 💙
